I arrived in this Oregon town in the beginning of January, amid the constant fall of cold rain and the depressingly bleak absence of blue skies.
I would constantly hear, "Brad, worry not, my friend, this place is amazing in the summer!"
While searching for any sort of green leaf still attached to the bare and hauntingly jagged branches on campus, the idea that Corvallis, and Oregon for that matter, could be beautiful seemed inconceivable.
